Starting Ever True Roofing grew out of a frustration I watched play out too many times. Neighbors calling contractor after contractor, getting vague estimates, sitting through no-shows, and then discovering that work they paid for was done wrong, sometimes dangerously wrong. Austin’s roofing market had no shortage of companies willing to take your money. What it was short on was contractors willing to stand behind their work.
I was inspired in part by watching my other company, Titan Water Damage in the restoration space, a company that we built to compete on trust and thoroughness rather than the lowest bid. That is the same standard I set out to build Ever True around. Austin homeowners deserve a roofing company that shows up on time, does the job right, explains what they are doing, and is still reachable six months later if something comes up.
